I RECENTLY PLACED AN ORDER. HOW LONG UNTIL WE RECEIVE IT?
Estimated Turn Around Time (TAT) is always posted on our website so please review carefully before placing your order to ensure you receive your items by the date needed. We can only estimate the ship date. Please refer to our shipping page to estimate the time. Estimated TAT also appears on the email receipt you received when you placed your order. Will vary during busy seasons.

MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED BUT HASN'T ARRIVED?
Please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking information.

IS LOCAL PICKUP OPTION AVAILABLE IN SAVANNAH, GA?
Yes, absolutely! Local pickup is available at no additional cost. Arrangements can be made via email.

MY ORDER'S TRACKING SHOWS "DELIVERED" BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT?
Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are your responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands, we are no longer liable. Please contact your local post office for delivery scan confirmation and / or to escalate an investigation on your behalf. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

ORDERS DELAYED?
Please note that we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost in transit by the postal service. We ship orders to the address that was provided to us by the customer. We do not keep credit card information on file.

WHAT IF I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. PITS is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We have a 24-hour cancellation period during which time you may cancel an order. If you want to cancel an order but failure to cancel within the 24-hour time-frame you will be charged for the item and it will be shipped to the provided address. This will keep our prices low.

ARE ACCESSORIES INCLUDED?
No, unless other specified. However, accessories can be purchased if available.

​I BELIEVE MY PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT/DELIVERY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact your local post office to start an investigation. We do not issue refunds on packages damaged by USPS or any other delivery carriage.

I BELIEVE MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please Contact Us within 24 hours of receiving your order. However, we inspect every item during packaging.

I HAVE A QUESTION,CONCERN, OR COMMENT. HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?
Email is our preferred method of communication and it’s also where you’re likely to get the quickest response. We receive hundreds of questions/comments/concerns every day so please allow at least 48 hours to pass to receive a response before placing another query.
We do not go by seasons due to the fact that when it’s hot where I live it can be cold where you are living. So, we have a good amount of variety throughout our website. Winter, spring, summer, etc. Feel free to surf!
