Return Policy

Not Completely Satisfied?

Here's how to exchange your items:

  • Refunds, returns, and cancellations are accepted within a 24-hour period. Defective item does not include the wrong size chosen, the wrong color chosen, dislike of design chosen, or any error in purchase caused by the buyer.

  • All sales items or promotional items are not allowed to be refunded once the order is confirmed, if the items out of stock, we only accept to exchange of the stocks.

​

  • A refund/exchange is not allowed due to monitor display color deviation.

​

  • Centro Cafe Imports will process refund/exchange under the following circumstances:

    • ​EXCHANGE: Buyer received defective item(s).​
    • REFUND: Buyer received defective item(s) and no available stock for replacement.
    • OUT OF STOCK: Item(s) ran out of stock after payment confirmed.

​

  • We will process refund/exchange requests once the returning item(s) are received. A replacement will be sent as an exchange of the defective/wrong item(s).  If the exchange item is out of stock Centro Cafe Exports will perform a CREDIT refund to the client's buyer’s membership account.

​

  • The buyer is encouraged to return the defect/wrong item(s) with a copy of the posting certificate or tracking slip. Kindly make sure the returned item(s) are properly sealed and secured before returning to us. Centro Cafe Exports will not be responsible for any damage(s) caused during the return process. The buyer will cover the cost of shipping the item back to Centro Cafe Exports unless other specified.

We are not responsible for any lost/damaged item(s) during the returning process.  Sales items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. Centro Cafe Imports only accepts exchange requests on item(s) purchased directly from us. â€‹
